Skills Audit: editing (plus screengrabs)

The shots shown bellow, is the almost completed final cut:

The image clearly details. the numerous cuts and the layering of titles and sound to complement one another. After looking at our rough cut and the feedback, we cleaned up on all the problems we had, i.e. long and boring shot of Megan in Angel Square, and showing Megan lose grip of the iron.. All these problems have been resolved as well as adding a short phone conversation and a brief police report, to add tension and suspense, both required to make a good thriller.

Overall, I am pleased with the results my group has achieved, by looking at the image below:

This an image, when we immediately started filming, due an unfortunate circumstances we were unable to do our the project we set out to do, based on Sex Trafficking, so going back to Domestic Violence which was an idea we also came up with during our planning, was hard to pull off, as we spent much of our time planning our Sex Trafficking opening. But comparing on our first draft of editing to our final I am pleased the amount of improvement we made.
